About Us

EloGuild is a pro-gaming social network and recruitment platform built for competitive players, organised teams, and gaming communities who want more than a generic friends list. We connect gamers through rich profiles, intelligent matchmaking, clan and roster management, a live social feed, referral rewards, and integrations with the services you already use — including Steam and Discord.

Whether you are a solo player looking for a squad, a clan leader recruiting for your next wipe or season, or a content creator building an audience around your gameplay, EloGuild is designed to be the tactical home base where reputation, skill, and community actually matter.

Our mission

Our mission is to give every serious player a trusted environment to find teammates, grow their reputation, compete at the highest level, and build lasting connections across titles such as Rust, Counter-Strike 2, DayZ, Valorant, and beyond. We believe the gap between "random Discord invites" and "professional team infrastructure" should be smaller — and that the tools to bridge that gap should be accessible to everyone, not just established orgs with private staff channels and manual spreadsheets.

EloGuild exists because matchmaking in competitive games is broken at the social layer. Skill-based queues solve who you play against; they rarely solve who you play with. We focus on identity, trust signals, recruitment workflows, and community visibility so that the right players can find each other faster and with less friction.

What we offer

Player profiles — Showcase your display name, bio, linked Steam and Discord accounts, gaming stats where available, preferred roles, clips, and social activity. Your profile is your competitive calling card.

Find Your Mate — Our matchmaking experience lets you discover players with compatible roles, games, and play styles. Mutual matches unlock deeper connection and community recognition.

Clans & rosters — Create or join teams with recruitment pipelines, application review, custom roles, roster caps per game, and public or private visibility settings.

Social feed — Post LFG and LFM listings, share clips and highlights, engage with hashtags tied to your favourite games, and participate in the broader EloGuild community.

Earn & contests — Refer friends, complete onboarding milestones, engage with the community, and climb leaderboards for real-world rewards during active promotional periods. Rules and prize pools are published on our Earn page.

Our values

Integrity — We take cheating, smurfing, harassment, and referral fraud seriously. Accounts that undermine fair play or abuse reward systems may be restricted or removed.

Transparency — We publish clear terms, privacy practices, and contest rules. When we change how the platform works, we aim to communicate those changes in plain language.

Community first — Features are shaped by how real players recruit, post, and connect. We build for the long-term health of the ecosystem, not short-term engagement hacks.

Who we serve

EloGuild is built for players who treat gaming as more than casual entertainment — competitors, team captains, community leaders, streamers, and organisers who need reliable infrastructure for people, not just pixels. If you have ever spent hours vetting applicants in DMs, rebuilding a roster after every ban wave, or posting the same LFG message across five different servers, this platform was built with you in mind.

We also welcome newcomers who are serious about improving and finding a consistent group. Onboarding guides you through profile setup, game selection, and identity verification so that when you show up in someone else's feed or application queue, you look like a real player — not a blank account.

The team behind EloGuild

EloGuild is developed and operated by a small, dedicated team of gamers and engineers who have lived the pain points we are solving. We ship iteratively, monitor platform health closely, and prioritise stability, security, and performance on our production infrastructure.

We are not affiliated with Valve, Facepunch Studios, Bohemia Interactive, Discord Inc., or other game publishers unless explicitly stated. Trademarks and game names belong to their respective owners.

Looking ahead

We are continuously expanding game support, improving discovery and notifications, refining our points and rewards engine, and exploring deeper integrations with the tools competitive communities already rely on. Roadmap priorities may shift based on player feedback, security requirements, and partnership opportunities.

Thank you for being part of EloGuild. Whether you are here to win, to build, or to find your people — we are glad you showed up.
